I hadn't read data guys' books before I read this book. As a beginner data analyst in a company. This isn't only a good guide for work and but also for learning DS.
I thought I was getting a free book, but it is really just a white-paper put into the e-book format. Good content, but too short.

This book gives me great leads when i am trying to build our own Data Science team. It is still far away from the ideal, but reading his story is giving me motivation into making my own Data Science team a reality.
Too high level, simplistic generic examples. No insights as to how you actually build a data science team. Provides no value whatsoever.
Such an important topic and not a lot of credible sources available. Glad I found this book. Short read with great insights.
